Refund policy

All sales are final.

Each item is made-to-order and/or sold as a pre-order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

 

• All items are produced specifically for your order.

• Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.

• We are unable to restock or resell made-to-order items.

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and work with you to resolve the problem.
